Particularly over the last 10 years, Tim has been a key part of the cross-industry team that developed the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework, a set of cost management standards and processes that help IT organizations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their delivery of technology to the enterprise. In addition to his role here at Advocate, he continues to cultivate a strong presence throughout the industry as a member of the TBM Council Steering Committee and as host of Advocate’s LinkedIn “TBM Executive Advisory Forum.”
